Mappio.pro, in conjunction with the FACEIT Mappio browser extensions ("we", "us", "our" or "Mappio"), is an online service for analyzing and providing statistics for CS2 matches that includes includes a range of tools designed to enhance your understanding of your CS2 opponents (the "Service").

Acceptance of Agreement

By using our service through https://mappio.pro/ (the "Website") or through the accompanying browser extensions https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/faceit-mappio/kaeamgghipbhkjgibgglnmmnobdakapa or https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/faceit-mappio/ (the "Browser Extensions"), you ("you" or "User") agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this document (the "Terms of Service"). To enter into the Agreement, you must meet the legal age requirement. If you are under 18 years old (or below the legal age in your place of residence), you must obtain approval from a parent or legal guardian to enter into the Agreement.

User Guarantee

By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Privacy

We do not collect or share your personal data.

Mappio Account

To register a Mappio user account you must:

1. Log in using your FACEIT user account.
2. Authorize Mappio to access and utilize specific FACEIT user account details, such as your public FACEIT profile.

Subscription

Accessing the basic features of the Service is free. For access to enhanced features, you can opt for a paid plan on the Website (referred to as the “Subscription”). Details about subscription plans, costs, and purchasing methods are available on the Website. Subscription details, including plans, costs, and purchase methods, are available on the Website. Your Subscription remains valid until terminated. We reserve the right to adjust our subscription plans and service fees. However, any alterations will not affect you until at least 30 days after we notify you.

We offer a free 1-week trial period (the "Trial period") for the Subscription. After the Trial period, the regular Subscription price will be charged automatically. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your Subscription by accessing our Stripe customer portal through the profile section of the Website. We reserve the right to remove or cancel the trial period or change features included in the trial period at any time.

Payment Policy

We use Stripe as our payment processor to securely process payments. By making a payment through our website, you agree to abide by Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to our own Terms of Service.

We accept payment by credit card and any other methods approved by Stripe. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information when making a purchase.

By providing your payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the specified amount to your chosen payment method.

If you sign up for the Subscription, you agree to recurring payments as outlined in the Subscription plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time by accessing our Stripe customer portal through the profile section of the Website.

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are the owner of the payment method used or have explicit permission from the owner to use it for the transaction.

Refund Policy

Our Service is exempt from the general withdrawal right. This exemption applies because our Service is considered fully performed upon granting you access to the additional features included in Subscription. Once access is granted, you will no longer be eligible for a refund under the general withdrawal right. By making a purchase, you accept and agree to abide by our Refund Policy. Once a purchase is made, you lose your right of withdrawal. You will not be able to cancel your purchase and request a refund under the general withdrawal right. You will be eligible for a refund if you fail to deactivate your subscription before its expiration and are charged for renewal. To request a refund, please contact support through your profile section of the Website within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

Limitation of Liability

Mappio, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mappio and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms of Service, (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right, property, or privacy right, or (d) any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms of Service and your use of the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of Mappio to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Mappio and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Mappio (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Amendments

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide a notice by reasonable means prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service. We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the Service (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall be subject to these Terms of Service.
